We strongly desire to maintain the traditional department store experience with available customer service personnel whenever needed. I purchased a rug, sofa and ottoman Dec 2024. I paid $250 for the Goof Proof - 5 year warranty. At…read morethe end of August 2026, my dog vomited on the rug in a couple of places. We took the rug outside onto the patio and attempted to clean it with our carpet cleaner. The stain did not come out. In fact none of the dirty areas cleaned up. It is CLEAR the Goof Proof was not applied. Guardian Protection is the company that handles Goof Proof claims. They denied my first claim saying I did not submit it within the 30 days as stated in the policy. I submitted the claim THREE DAYS after the incident. I resubmitted a claim, well within the 30 day requirement, and they STILL DENIED it. SCAM SCAM SCAM. They gladly take your money and don't stand behind their product. When you pull up the original order, I can leave a review on the sofa and ottoman but not the rug. I wonder why. The $500 rug looks like crap. I contacted Bob's customer support and they wouldn't do anything. Just said they understand my frustration. I will not buy another item from Bob's.
