Larsen and Company was the greatest experience ever! We had listed with another Company for over 6…read moremonths and their total effort consisted of a small metal sign, pictures taken on an iphone (one with a thumb in the photo), and finally after months of begging, a four hour open house with two balloons and a package of cookies from Harmon's. When our listing expired, we listed with Larson's and within the first ten days, we had a "stager" visit with many helpful suggestions; a professional photographer (with a REAL camera) take photos; and we were visible not only on the MLS, but also KSL, Zillow, and all the other sites (the first Company told us "those other sites weren't important).
