I have to give a BIG shout out to Justin and Scott today for the exceptional service provided. I have been with Big Jon's for a few years and this company is the best! They always go above and beyond! Today was mosquito spray day....not only did they spray for those nasty pests, they asked if I had a problem with wasps...which I did! I knew of one nest we keep spraying and they discovered another HUGE one right next to it. They sprayed and stayed until both fell. I noticed that there were a bunch of wasps starting to take over my front porch. I hoped that they would just go away on their own, but then noticed they started to build a nest. I first called Orkin and they told me that they wouldn't be able to come out for a few days and I couldn't wait that long. I found BGPC on Google and am SO happy I went with him instead of Orkin, or any other big name. I called him during my lunch break and he was at my house and sprayed within the hour. His services are very reasonably priced and he was so responsive and quick to get the job done. I've had this service for about 6/7 months now and the PROFESSIONALISM of Jon is refreshing. I get reminders and prompt replies if I have a request.
