After waiting four frustrating days for a callback from the original retailer (with zero response), I reached out to Ryan, who confirmed he was certified for my spa model. We scheduled an appointment on the spot, and he arrived right on time.Ryan quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty check valve and--best of all--had the replacement part right there on his truck. The repair took no time at all, and he explained everything clearly along the way. He's the epitome of professional: communicative, efficient, and thorough. My hot tub is back to perfect, leak-free condition, and I'm thrilled with the service. If you're in need of hot tub repairs, King Hot Tub (and Ryan specifically) gets my highest recommendation!

I strongly recommend that you should shop around for sheet metal work, before settling on this business. The issue is is once you give them your money, forget the follow up service because they only followed through after we got angry.
