I called to schedule and magically he came up with more things that needed to be done ( tree removal , the whole porch taken out and proceeded to tell me he needed to come out again to redo it because he gave us a half ass estimate thinking we weren't going to use him anyway. I called and got another opinion and estimate. The tree ABSOLUTELY did not need to be removed nor did the porch need to be demolished. We went with Potter excavation and they were amazing , I would recommend them to anyone. Avoid cut rate at all cost. Horrible experience. Cut Rate , do better take some pride in your business.

She was very nice, she listened to my description of what I was experiencing. I sent her a picture of a potential problem and she processed it with expertise. She never made me feel put off. I don't recall her name. Generally, I would call a few companies but I liked her and scheduled an appointment, without calling others to compare. Dan was the service man that came out. He found the problem to be less than what I had anticipated and saved me half of what I expected to pay, and fixed it promptly. He too was very pleasant to work with.

For over 40 years I've dealt with septic companies/services. I know the procedure well. Dig up and…read moreuncover the lid to your tank. Clear a path for their truck. Have hose ready for the workers. It saves them time and you money. It's also courteous. Today was the first time ever the workers did not use my hose to get that last 5-6 inches of sludge out of the tank. "Oh we don't do that" he tells me. "Your tank is shot...your leach lines are done..." Prices have about tripled over the last 20-30 years sadly service has not kept up with inflation. Then after they left I noticed a significant crack in my lid. Wow! I could have done without that. Next time I'm paying the extra mileage fees to get some professionals out of the Springs.
