There's enough cheese on top to accompany all the chips underneath, but without having chips on the bottom swimming in grease - fantastic! At 25 dollars you better have a healthy appetite. Such tender ribs with just the right amount of smoke with a small layer of tangy sauce. I could not finish the meat. Next was the home made twice baked potato. Taste like Mom use to make. Huge chunks of bacon and an extreme amount of cheese will not disappoint. I eat on the road all the time. We ordered mainly burgers with fries/onion rings + a salad. Quantity was ample, and the burgers were very tasty. Highly recommended.
