When I didn't receive payment, I reached out via email and was told my package arrived "busted" and the coins were missing. I packaged it in a container, wrapped, in double layer bouble wrap in a padded envelope so I was surprised that the package was so damaged that the materials fell out in transit. I asked for a photo of the damaged package so I could utilize the insurance I purchased but was told there were no photos and the package was already thrown away. 1) Business does not send out payment until I contacted them after several weeks. 2) Business claims the package was 'busted' but offers no evidence to support this to help sellers utilize shipping insurance. 3) Businesses's response seems to blame me for mailing a small amount of currency. 4) Business lies about contacting me via phone or email. I never received any information or response until I reached out to them.
