Every time I contact them they handle my request promptly and accurately. I prefer to call the office rather than 800-state-farm because iota just easier. I've never had a problem and have great rates. I highly recommend doing business with them.

I'm going to try to reach her because the person I've been getting instead is like a brick wall. She just does not understand simple instructions at all. It's impossible to communicate with her. A simple request to remove an ex from my auto policy has been met with resistance and downright rudeness even though it's been my car and policy since day one. Last night she canceled my policy at his request- unbelievable!!!!! I asked her months ago to remove him from my policy. I'm furious at the moment Aurora would have never let this happen. I'll come back and update soon.

But I'm still here and all the folks over here are d'Best! I talk with them like friends from the Pinetree Country Club or golf course. They listen to me whine about discounts and why I need one so badly. I truly appreciate them taking good care of me for the last 10 years or so. I thought about leaving and putting everything under a new umbrella but I remember my dear sweet GrandMamaa voice saying "if it "ain't" broke, don't try to fix it". So I just stay here at State Farm & get on Ryan & his teams nerves a few times per year like a good neighbor! Hahahaa Thank you guys for being good to me! Communication is one of the best qualities I believe you all have! Now where is my discount......
