The staff is incredibly organized and welcoming, and there are so many wonderful activities for the kiddos. The students learn about the pumpkin life cycle and the different parts of a pumpkin, and they even get to pick out a pumpkin to take home! There are two different areas for the children to play, farm animals to see, a fun hayride around the farm, and a picnic area where we can enjoy lunch. Everything is always very clean and well-maintained, and we especially appreciate how kind and accommodating the owner and staff are. They truly make our visit special every year. We look forward to coming back year after year and are so thankful to Holly Fork Farm for providing such a wonderful experience for our students!

We came here to take our son to the pumpkin patch for the very first time. After doing some…read moreresearch, this farm was off the path and seemed to have a lot to offer. We got here on a Sunday about 30 minutes after they opened. Staff were helpful in directly traffic to park and explain what general admission covered. They have a large pumpkin patch offering pumpkins of all different sizes. We got a pumpkin from the kid pumpkin patch which offered all orange pumpkins at $5.99. They also had larger pumpkins of all colors and sizes at 99 cents per pound. You could also pick sunflowers or flowers in the fields right next to the pumpkins. Everything was in close proximity to each other but I would recommend if you have a stroller, to leave it at home and bring either a wagon or baby carrier. The fields are bumpy so driving a stroller can be hard to do. There was tons of activities including face painting, animal feeding, line dancing, pumpkin slinging. The farm got busy FAST but staff were working hard to help all. I loved the little country store with tons of food products and novelties. Food items were decently priced and doable for larger families. Food was very limited and offering smaller items like hot dogs, fries, chicken nuggets, and nachos. If they had food trucks come I feel like that would be a huge hit. We had a great time here and will be back in the future.

Cornerstone has wonderful amenities planned for this community. Living here has made my life so much easier! They built a wonderful home for me and I love it.

Underside of the kitchen island wasn't finished and took nearly two months to finish. The kitchen faucet was leaking, so my wife had to replace it, after waiting for Cornerstone for two weeks. The manifold holding the bathtub faucets in place was never attached to anything; the fix was to caulk it. When I complained, they had a plumber set an appointment but they never showed up. The warranty service for punch list items is terrible; they don't show up on time, if they do at all. When they do show up, they seem more concerned with the cost of getting things fixed than to satisfy their customers by doing things right. We have a sliding glass door that looks like it fell apart and was put back together, with a lot of caulking, that looks terrible. It obviously needs to be replaced - as told to me by two people Cornerstone sent to check it out shortly after I moved in. Today, they said they're not replacing it; as far as they're concerned, it's good enough. Although I like my neighbors, I would never recommend anyone buying a home from Cornerstone in my neighborhood. The crew here doesn't seem to have any pride in their work and, in my experience, doesn't care about customer satisfaction.

They also have great hot Italian sausage. I'm not a big fan of Italian sausage, but tried a recipe with it and loved it. And of course, the eggs couldn't be fresher ,and it's great to be able to get chicken and the chicken parts I need to make bone broth -- like chicken feet! Oh! And the Thanksgiving turkey I got last year was so good. The soup I made from the carcass was the best EVER! I plan on ordering two turkeys for Thanksgiving this year since they only offer them once a year.

If you are conscientious about how your food is raised, and want superior quality meats and cheese,…read morethen this is the place for you. I personally know the owners and they are extremly ethical and humane when it comes to their husbandry of their poultry, hogs and goats. They practice regenerative agriculture, rotate their animals on pasture and forestry and reseed with a variety of cover crops that addresses the needs of the soil. They supplement the natural forage present with non-GMO feed. When it comes to quality, you get what you pay for and the quality of their meats, eggs and cheese far exceeds that in the the grocery store. It is hard to narrow their meats down to a favorite, but ours is the pork loin, ribs, bacon, breakfast sausage links and their pork belly. I will stack their pork loin up with any in the world for flavor and tenderness. Their Chèvre melts in your mouth. I've never liked goat cheese due to the goaty taste and smell, but their cheese from their blue ribbon goats have absolutely no goaty smell or taste due to the cleanliness in their milk parlor. If you have doubts, contact Dennis for a personal tour and you will be happy you did.
