A large truck pulled be hide me and the driver got out and headed to what looked like the car wash's office. As he was walking back, I realized that I may have been blocking him from going into the full-service line. Walking behind hide him was a young man that came up to my car window and started shouting something, and at that time the car that I was waiting to move pulled out of the self-service car wash and i told the guy that I had a spot now and pulled into the self-service wash section. He followed me into the car wash area and waited by my window until I turned the car off, released my seatbelt and opened the door. Upon exiting the car, he got right into my face and asked if i had a problem. I told him the only problem I had was him in my face. At this time, he went crazy and told me to leave his car wash and never come back or he would have me arrested for something....at this point I'd gotten back into my car and was leaving as I felt like he wanted to hurt me.

I chose the "Brass Tacks" $10 car wash - not the cheapest or most expensive, but a wash that looked like it would do the job. It got the dirt off, but not the bug splat. I'm including a photo that was taken immediately after the wash. Basically I was out $10 and my car still needed me to wash it by hand. Now I remember why I'm not a drive-thru carwash guy!

Today I show up and they tell me they no longer allow trucks with in bed fuel tanks to go through unless i disconnect the hose.. doing that would send water into my diesel tank.
