The inside of the store is super clean and provides customers with so many options in one stop. There is a full service gas station with your typical snacks and fountain drinks, but there are also additional services that make this location unique from other gas stations. There is a small stand that offers freshly baked Cinnabon products, and they are outstanding! My friends and I split a box of 6 full sized cinnamon rolls for $14, making it under $5 for each of us to have 2 rolls. I think that's reasonable!! Also inside, there were also aisles of Michigan-related souvenirs, such as keychains, hats, sweatshirts, etc. The restrooms were clean, so that is always a "plus"! In general, if you are in the area or need to stop while passing through, I highly recommend this Pilot Travel Center location as a "one-stop" to meet all your needs!

I been in customer service for years and if I ever behaved to MY customers like she did TWICE (myself and an unknown customer she was backstabbing about) I would have been fired, perhaps she needs to be also,,, fired that is.

I stopped in because of a billboard I saw about 10 miles south along I-196. It said 'diesel lanes', so I knew that I could get in and out with my big rig. They are about a block east of the expressway, just past the Pilot. I took the right turn lane and it was on my immediate left. Easy in, I parked just past the fuel pumps and off to one side. Since this is new, it is relatively spotless, both inside and out. I walked in from the back door and everything was bright, modern and up to date. It was so new, I'll bet some of the food and drink items didn't even have expiration dates yet (grin)! They have limited transient parking for big rigs, maybe 10 spots in all. No showers are available. Right next to K&R Trucks, a local truck and trailer sales and service company.

To boot, what i did get to eat was SO overpriced it was ridiculous, and it was gross!! Seriously will look for a different coffee/fuel stop. There are too many others to frequent this roach trap.
