Aaron and Andy worked a day and a half grinding and mulching, creating five truckloads of mulch. That's a lot of mulching! And, at a reasonable price! They work hard and smart and get the job done. They have the right tools for the job. We were especially impressed with the motorized grapple they use to grab bunches of brush to feed into the grinder. Aaron is a certified arborist so we have confidence that he would trim our trees properly and seal the oak tree cuts to prevent oak wilt. Was given a credit and it never applied. They won't answer the phone and only email. Then they say they don't have any records of the emails so hang onto yours. I did. I fired them on the phone and in an email and YET they showed up and mowed again. They broke a cement downspout drain and didn't tell us. I didn't pay for that surprise mowing because I proved we let them go. The people cutting the lawn did great. Brooke needs some help in the office.

Homeowner beware! Perfection Landscape was contacted by my mother to handle her yardwork for both…read morethe front and back yards. While they may have been great in the beginning, their service started lacking and falling. There were times that I would have to go over and mow her yard because Perfection had just been there and it didn't appear they had touched anything. They offer weed-eating, but that wasn't ever done past their first visit. The yard was never 'lined up' or edge. The straw that broke the camel's back was when their mower picked up a rock and it hit the driver's window of my mother's car. No one bothered to tell her about it. Instead she had to find out the following day when leaving for a medical appointment. She replaced the window. When she called Perfection to cancel service, the operative on the phone got hostile with her claiming that the mowers NEVER kick up rocks. That the mowers ALWAYS do a wonderful job. That Perfection REFUSES to accepts responsibility for the broken window, or their crap service. My mother's yard looks impeccable at this very moment... my brother-in-law went and did everything that Perfection was hired to do, and failed.
