She did not break eye contact from her desk. After telling her I have an appointment I was told to "sit down" and the technician will check you in.The technician came out at 9:08 am. Very friendly with a great welcoming smile. There is a kurig and a mini fridge with cold water and free Wi-Fi. He was very informative and professional. The inside of the waiting area is filthy. Spiderwebs,caked dirt, several pieces of trash. This place just opened its doors for the day! It should not be this worn down. I could understand end of day traffic wear and tear but not a good first impression for me or other safelite locations.

I didn't want to turn it in to insurance as I raised deductible on her car since it's 235,000 miles on her 2010 Honda Accord. We set it up for the next day and the appointment window was between 8-12pm. (Not too pleased with a 4 hour window, but what the heck. It needed fixed) Laurel said a tech would call before they headed over. I waited... waited... no call. Finally at 11:55am I decided to call Laurel myself to ask where the tech is and to let her know no one has called me yet and it's been 4 hours! I was a bit irritated since they didn't stay in touch-as they said. She informed me the tech would be here in 15 minutes. The tech called me from his cell and said he was able to be at my house in 10 minutes. Sure enough, he pulled up within 5 minutes. Super nice tech. He set up and had the chip fixed in less than 10 minutes, if that! I called the next day to pay over the phone to Laurel. $50. Done! I would normally only give 2 stars due to the long wait, but the tech was so nice, and so was Laurel the office manager. They deserve 5 stars and a I highly recommend Auto Glass Express! Use them!! Anyway, I called to check out their prices, filed a claim the same night and they were at my apartment the next day replacing my windshield. The molding on my windshield and rooftop became unsecure and they fixed that as well. It was slightly inconvenient not being able to drive my vehicle for the hour after they completed work, but that's just a part of the work that was done. I did not want to comprise the integrity of their work. Quick, friendly and mobile! Everything a busy girl like myself needs. One note: don't be alarmed that Alan may not be the person who comes to do your windshield, but he is the person you'll likely encounter when scheduling and handing insurance information. Not that it is a problem, but he runs the main shop in Auburn with the paperwork and such, and his technicians at local office in Yuba City takes care of you :)

No calls to let me know they're running late. I had to call them and we ended up rescheduling for the next day. So after my windshield is installed I take off the blue tape after a few days and the rubber and chrome piece that lines the bottom of the windshield is not up against where it should be and there are gobs of dried glue all under the rubber which is exposed. It was a hack job. They came back to fix it and did a half-ass job so I can hear air coming through where it's not flush. And I don't know what they did to the windshield wipers but they don't sit flush anymore. I could go on and on about what happened after this but the bottom line is they have excuses for the poor workmanship and are mistaken or knowingly lie about the condition of my car. The owner would not speak to me after several attempts to make contact and several trips to their shop and he does not stand by his guarantee. I have never written a bad review because I'd rather keep the bad opinions to myself. But this time I had to give my side of it and advise to never go to Dove's Auto Glass on Garden Hwy for windshield work. They're a joke.

Then he told me again that he would be out today to take the measurements , well business hours are over and I still have not heard from anyone. That's bad customer service if you ask me. I will take my business to the Glass Guru.
