After a quick assessment it was determined the leak was due to the drain holes at the base of the window being clogged! A few minutes of a compressed air cleaning and the drains were cleared and working perfectly. When I tried to pay for the diagnosis and service I was told "No charge for compressed air!" What a relief after thinking I may be looking at $800 for a new back window. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! I've found my new window guys!

She said let me see what I can do Oh wait I can do 267$ yeah still no Well I can do an insurance cash pay (whatever that is) for 45$ Ok. So now we are talking I take the vehicle in The lady is immediately irritated that is is ONLY 45$ And says to me it should have been 167$ minimum for chip repair. I'm gonna have to talk to the manager Ummm ok So 45$ it's gonna be A few minutes later some dipshit comes in and says I just need you to know that sometimes when repairing chips in can get worse Ok I understand that and the rare occasion that can happen 10-15 minutes later The same dipshit comes in and says IM SORRY WE HAVE A FAILED REPAIR AND YOUR WINDSHIELD NOW NEEDS REPLACING The fuck! Well that's not shady at all right? The WHOLE experience was crazy But we can fix it for almost 600$ No trying to make the situation right nothing They gave zero shits Yeah that's a no!

Spiderwebs, caked dirt, several pieces of trash. This place just opened its doors for the day! It should not be this worn down. I could understand end of day traffic wear and tear but not a good first impression for me or other safelite locations.

The cowling on the lower part of the windshield was damaged during the replacement of the windshield, causing it to make a vibrating/ buzzing sound when drive over 50 miles per hour. The sound is loud and super annoying and will drive you nuts on a road trip. I contacted Bruce about this issue back in April and 9 months later I continue to get the runaround with one sorry excuse after another. My insurance agent said when replacing the windshield it is very common to also replace the cowl and they are more than happy to pay for the parts and labor and Bruce knows that. My conclusion is that once Big Bruce Auto Glass gets their money for the initial job, you are no longer a priority or concern. I don't know how many times I got the excuse of ,"We have been super busy and haven't had time to go pick up the cowl from the part from Dodge." I have always been super nice on the phone with Bruce and it hasn't gotten me anywhere. At this point my insurance company will be helping me get the cowl replaced by another shop, which is great because I'm done talking to Big Bruce Auto Glass.
