The big "pro" here is convenience: there are a lot of lesson times, classes start and end promptly,…read moreand misses lessons can be made-up (with advanced notice). However, I don't recommend this swim school because in months of lessons my seven year old has made no progress in learning to swim. She still won't even put her face in the water. I am aware that there may be a range of abilities among kids, but it's reasonable to expect some progress. And, if my kid were having particular issues preventing her from learning, someone at the school should have talked to me about it, which has not happened.

Overall as far as lessons go they're ok. This is my daughters i believe fourth class & so far she's…read morestill being taught how to close her eyes & hold her nose underwater..... she's having fun so that's cool. What I completely disagree with is how they charged me for one class 3/30 +the membership fee $27 (totaling $49.75) THEN charged my account the monthly fee of $100 beginning 4/1. The monthly & membership fee is understandable (other than the fact they never tell you how much the membership fee actually is in the policy). It's the charging me for ONE class on 3/30 that actually was canceled on their behalf & was rescheduled for 4/1. Why would am i being charged for a class i didn't attend? Why doesn't the policy state that you'll be charged/ billed separately for the first class attended of X amount of dollars regardless if it was actually the first of the month + billed monthly the same day/week? I never actually even got to attend the classes 3/30???

This was our first time here, and unfortunately, we were very disappointed. I've never heard of a…read morerule where children aren't allowed to wear floaties while swimming, and on top of that, they required my child to take a swim test just to get a blue wristband to use the kids' water slide. My child and her cousin were so sad -- we weren't even there for 30 minutes before we had to leave the pool. They said it was boring and not fun at all . I felt so sorry for them because they didn't get to enjoy the experience they were looking forward to.

First time joining even though I have lived in Souderton for a long time. The adult pool looks…read moreawesome but the water is dirty every time I go. Grass and debris always floating around. The teenagers who work there are too lazy to clean it. There are always a gaggle of them just sitting in the main office where you check in doing nothing. Plus, I have to rush to get there at 12 to grab a lounge chair. Members are ignorant just grabbing chairs and pushing them wherever they want. They don't even bother to ask if they are being used. After adult swim, around 1:00, all hell breaks loose and the kids jump in. I saw a kid with a diaper that looked "full" jump in my last time there and that was my sign to leave. Public pools are just gross. To pay $130 for the season to deal with all this isn't worth it. The only thing that is decent is the parking. Plenty of spots to choose and it's free! I wish they had a pool for adults only, then I would consider rejoining next year. Note to all newbies: members only from 12-1. I didn't see any signs saying this anywhere.
