I have always had pleasant and good experiences with Purolator on Gray Road in Bracebridge and am…read morethankful to have this outlet so easily accessible, close to home. But today, Kim at the Bracebridge centre provided me with excellent service. Kim was positive, kind, responsive and very helpful. Kim went beyond what I would have expected in providing service. She had all the answers to my questions and helped me to find the most appropriate way of packaging my package for sending. Not only did she help me select the right packaging, but she went on to assemble the box and helped me with safely stowing the items inside and then she took care of the rest (sealing, labeling, etc.). This was an excellent customer service experience and I would recommend this location with Kim's "service with a smile," positive service.
