Refused to provide my with a receipt of repair and provide me with receipts to were they bought the parts from. I took my car to 2 other garages and they confirmed the wheel bearings were not installed correctly or not replaced at all. In the process of this they damage both cv axles on on the front of my car and now its going to cost over 1200.00 to repair. They will not refund my money and they allow there receptionist to drive my car without my permission. They took advantage of me being a female. I have tried several times to get them to make this right and they will not. I have reported them to the Attorney Generals Office and the Better Business Bureau. I hope they can shed some light on what a terrible business this is and save someone else from getting taken advantage of. My car is no not safe to drive after they touched my car. Some of the mechanics act like they cant speak English and will not help you. Also got one of the mechanics using a crow bar i my drivers side wheel. Please be cautious of this place. I hard to learn the hard way. The receptionist acts like she is the owner and refuses to allow me speak with the owner to get this resolved. They basically stole my money and didn't do the repairs they stated they did to my car. Now me and my son are without transportation because of the lack of responsibility on there end as far as being fare and taking accountability and making this right with me. Truck problems, Saturday before Easter, manager of BP(Aaron) great guy called S&S, I talked to…read moreowner Clint. He said he would help tow and fix truck for $500 bucks. He sent his son to tow truck, in the middle of hooking up the truck, Clint calls his son and says they aren't going to do it! No explanation, no call, nothing! The guy is a jerk as noted by several locals I met waiting on someone else to help. Ford dealership took care of everything for much less!

No spare, luckily S & S came to the rescue. Eric was professional, and courteous. He gave us options, instead of towing us an hour and a half, back to airport, he opted to fix the tires.
