The sunrise was at 7:47 a.m., and they were using two large equipment-mounted lights to see. We have a dog and were given no advance notice that work would begin so early, creating an unexpected safety concern for our household. Additionally, tree limbs fell into our yard and damaged our fence. The company agreed to repair the damage, but without any further communication, they purchased a low-quality replacement fence that does not match the quality or finish of our existing fence. They had already begun replacing it when I intervened and asked them to stop until the homeowner could contact us so the damage could be addressed properly. The lack of communication and the decision to proceed with an inadequate repair without consulting us have been extremely frustrating. I also had difficulty finding this business on Google or locating a legitimate website, which raised additional concerns about their professionalism and accountability. Between the early-morning work, damage to our property, and the way the repair was handled, this experience has been very disappointing. I would encourage others to do their due diligence and verify the company's credentials and insurance coverage before hiring them.

They left a 7-foot high stump, and when I asked them why, they again said that my neighbor told them to do it that way. I made them cut the stump closer to the ground, but they didn't cut it level, and they didn't clean up any of the sawdust. The foreman threatened me with physical harm and said---and I quote---"Don't f*ck with me, old man." When I spoke with the owner, he refused to do anything to ameliorate the situation, and said he never wanted his employees on my property again. I don't want them there, either.
