I took my 2 daughters to this place Saturday 6-2. This was our first time here, and we will never go back! I wish I would've thought to take a picture of the ice cream, but in the moment, I was just so shocked at how rude the girls were to us I had ordered a cookie dough cyclone, medium soft serve vanilla cone, and a medium cookies & cream ice cream on a cone. The medium cookies & cream was the problem- What I received was the size of a kiddie cone. I asked the girl if this was really a medium, and she replied with "we only sell these in one or two dips." I told her I didn't realize I had to order that way, but that I had ordered a medium & this was hardly medium. The girl closed the window & walked away!! I wasn't being mean, never raised my voice, I had just asked a question, as this was our first time here. And why wasn't I told when I ordered that I couldn't order a medium, I had to choose 1 or 2 dips? Not good service at all, it's sad because it seems like a decent place for ice cream, but absolutely ridiculous to treat anyone this way! And my 9 year old was super disappointed. As far as the taste of the ice cream- it was ok, we've had a lot better other places, but maybe this is the best for this area??? read more
