We got the fried green tomato appetizer with pimento cheese & bacon jam. The flavors were delicious. I had a cold crisp wedge salad with added blacked shrimp and it was simply delicious! Husband got the hot chicken sandwich and loved his. We will be back. We Always make it a point to stop here when near Madison.

We ended up staying for dinner because the portions were good and sandwiches tasty. For food we had: deviled eggs, sourdough bread appetizer, pimento cheese sandwich with soup, and chicken sandwich. Everything was really great. Don't sleep on the food. The only 2 downsides were: 1) one of the bartenders made a bad julep but the good bartender swapped it for a better one and 2) on the bread and butter appetizer, the butter was rock solid. So it was really just $9 for some toasted bread. The tables are big, too. We brought mahjong and just hung out for a while. They have darts and shuffleboard, too. Lots of space. They have a big screen, but it was showing driving videos instead of the Master's, which we thought would be on. Overall, this place is absolutely worthy of a stop. It's a casual vibe, too.
