Delicious ice cream, fun unexpected flavors, great waffle cones. The espresso coffee isn't amazing by itself but it works well as an affogato. Friendly service, pay cash or card, sit inside or outside in the back patio. Always busy. There's Jewish history here, the initials carved above the doorway are for Jacob Elkan, a Jewish man who was invited to settle in Weimar in 1770. Apparently he made a mikve in the cellar! read more
