When I've stopped in here just for CO2 or other simple needs nobody approaches you for assistance. Instead, they leave you on your own to find what you are looking for while the employees stand around talking to one another.
At one point, I considered buying a new bike here, but my boss' negative experience was enough to turn me off. He agreed to the business ordering him a bike on display in the store. The store charged him, then notified him the size/color scheme he ordered was not available. They then refused to reimburse him, at which time he file a dispute with his credit card company. After multiple follow-up calls, the business remains in denial about their error.
Also, given that this business is located in the Polanco neighborhood, they are naturally overpriced. People for bikes should steer clear of these People for Bikes.
