The grounds of the area is pretty nice, it's about a ten minute walk to the beach with sunbeds that rent for 3 EUR a day. Plenty to do for kids with a playground, water slides. Also adults too, a bar on the beach and a grocery store on the grounds as well. You honestly have no reason to leave the area and if you do the city center is a ten walk with a plethora of restaurants and activities. This is a great one stop shop for all things beach! They give complimentary water taxi service to Murano which was a nice scenary. The included breakfast exceeded my expectations. It was delicious! The rooms are small but so are all rooms in Venice. The shower not my favorite since it was very slippery with a curtain that kept sticking on me when showering and that's uncomfortable. The staff was friendly and nice. Overall recommend.

The person who checked me…read morein was Monica who also was the one who dealt with any problems I had and even pretended like she didn't speak anything but Italian at times and would talk behind my back to colleagues. Apartment was ok size but not super clean or modern. If the service was better and the apartment was updated I would give 4 star. I would think twice before booking with them unless they fix their crucial mistakes.
