She was attentive, caring, and personal, always going above and beyond--even being available when we didn't expect her to respond right away. As soon as we reached out from a recommendation of a friend, she hopped on a call with us to really understand us and what we were looking for. Not only did she provide us with a wealth of confidence in her knowledge and personality, but it was clear that she paid attention to the little details of who we are and what we were wanting not just in a house, but for this stage of our life. When we found a house we were interested in, Deneka immediately dropped everything to give us a tour over FaceTime, and when we flew into town the next day, she cleared her entire schedule to tour us in person. Deneka is highly professional and knowledgeable, patiently guiding us through the entire process. She gave us a comprehensive tour of all the areas and homes we wanted to see in south Orange County, accommodating our needs as out-of-state buyers by scheduling the last-minute, full-day tour. Her flexibility in working with multiple contacts on our end, and her strong relationships with builders and other realtors were invaluable. Thanks to Deneka's dedication, expertise and heart, we found the perfect house for us to grow our family in, to build community with, to host fellowship in, and to create the foundation of our family and life in Rancho Mission Viejo. Even well after closing, Deneka continues to support us--sending us recommendations for local places she knows are important and meaningful to us and providing guidance on addressing questions or needs with the builder. We would recommend Deneka 100 times over. She is simply the best, and we couldn't be more blessed to have been connected to her!

We made the mistake of listing our home with a good friend , emphasis, unfortunately, on former…read more His strategy was to price the house low to create a bidding war. Sounded great in theory. In reality, after a month of lowball offers, deals falling apart, and absolutely none of the promised bidding-war fireworks, he suggested we reduce the price even further , despite similar homes, many not nearly as nice as ours, selling for more. We were completely perplexed. Every time we asked what was going on, there seemed to be another explanation about something supposedly wrong with the house, but never much acknowledgment that maybe , just maybe, the strategy itself wasn't working. At some point, when your beautiful home starts being treated like the last dented can in the clearance aisle, you know something has gone sideways. So we parted ways, took the house off the market for a few weeks, regrouped, and hired Kathe. The difference was immediate. From the moment Kathe walked through the door, she understood what made the home special. The custom woodwork, the huge back patio, the classic kidney-shaped pool, and all the little details that gave the house character. Instead of telling us what was wrong with it, she saw what was right with it. And we loved that. She brought in stagers, added her own personal touches, repositioned the home properly and , this is the part we particularly enjoyed, suggested we actually raise the asking price by $10,000 over our original listing. The minute the house hit the market, we received multiple offers. It sold in a freaking WEEK for nearly $40,000 more than what we had originally been asking. Talk about night and day. The entire experience with Kathe, albeit a very quick one, was an absolute pleasure. She understood the home, understood the market, and most importantly, knew how to present it in a way that made buyers see what we had always seen in it. We genuinely could not recommend her more highly to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. And when the day eventually comes to say goodbye to our current house, there won't be a dramatic realtor audition process. We're calling Kathe.

We first met Liz in September 2025, and from the very beginning, we were incredibly impressed. What immediately set her apart was her approach to pricing the home. Rather than relying solely on neighborhood comps like most agents, she used a sophisticated valuation system that factored in the home's condition, upgrades, and improvements over time. She walked us through how the software evaluated renovations such as kitchen and bathroom updates, roofing projects, and other investments by considering when the work was completed, what was spent, and the local return on investment. It was fascinating to see such a detailed and thoughtful approach to determining the home's true market value. During that first meeting, Liz also took the time to thoroughly explain the market conditions and discuss the best timing for listing the property to maximize its value. She confidently told us that once listed, the home would likely sell within three to four weeks. After months of preparing the house, which included cleaning out more than 50 years of memories and belongings, we finally listed the property in April 2026. Throughout the entire process, Liz provided exceptional guidance every step of the way. She was knowledgeable, patient, and never once pushy. She always presented us with information and options, allowing us to make informed decisions while trusting her expertise. That trust paid off. Just as she predicted, we received multiple offers and sold the home within three weeks! Liz exceeded every expectation we had. I struggle now as I write this. But I will write in nevertheless. Simply put, Danielle faced challenges that no realtor should have to face, much less endure repeatedly, in order to adequately and professionally represent her clients during the sale of my prior house. But, Danielle did so. And she did so with grace, patience, and respect. I fully understand that my review does not sound like the review of a realtor, but this sale was not your typical sale in any way. I find it hard to express in words how much Danielle helped me as a client, and as a person, during this process. She was always willing to talk things through and work together to come up with solutions, to bounce ideas off one another and to come up with the best approach. She was always prepared when an unexpected, or predictable, curveball was thrown by one of the parties involved in the sale. I have sold and bought a house before and I know buying or selling a home is stressful, but this sale was a nightmare. As anyone who has sold or bought a home knows, the whole process can be pretty daunting on a Good day! I contacted Danielle and explained our situation. At the time we were pursuing a couple of different directions, which included the possibilty of staying in the home or putting it on the market. Danielle was SO accomodating and understanding of the stress we were both under. She immediately set to work pulling together comps in the area, checking them diligently as some of them were actually listed wrong with MLS, presenting us with a very comprehensive plan of her marketing strategy and at the same time, listening very carefully to what OUR goals were. She was 100% ewith immaculate attention to detail. I especially appreciated that she lives locally and understands the unique aspects of this location. We went back and forth at least 3 times, getting ready to list, and then telling her we needed another week, then calling again and telling her we were ready to list again. She was supremely patient about all of this uncertainty and plugged along on her end, making sure she had everything in order in either case. As it turned out, we didn't end up having to list the home and honestly I felt terrible having to tell Danielle that we weren't going to sell after all, especially after the immense amount of work she put it. Her response was incredibly kind. She essentially said that she was happy for us and that we had to do the right thing for our family, and that if it were her own home, she would feel the same way about having to leave it. That was precisely what I needed to hear. I cannot recommend this hardworking, kind and bright woman enough. If the time DOES come for us to sell our home, we would definitely call her again.
