I don't know what prep to take I don't even know if the office still has me scheduled with them I don't think this is very good customer service and I waited on hold for 30 minutes for someone to pick up the phone they are that busy. The staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly, and the clinic was beautiful, complete with indoor parking. We were grateful they squeezed us in at the last moment with an urgent health problem. We found Dr. Bhatti to be so kind and patient. He explained things so well and gave us hope and a path to wellness. This was quality care we hadn't experienced in a while. We were so grateful a family member recommended Dr. Bhatti and Bhatti GI!

I've been getting my Entyvio infusions at this clinic for the last year. I've really enjoyed all of…read morethe staff & the facility. It's a very nice facility that is clean and has private bays with real doors for the actual infusions so you have privacy during your time. I also can't say enough about the nursing staff! I have really tough veins to get into but they always seem to get it on the first try! They are patient and very personable! Despite this clinic being a small drive from my apartment, I will continue to use this location!
