I give a rating of 5 because it's still a place of…read moreworship.The temple in itself was very clean and neatly maintained and I will continue to visit. The only problem with the temple is some over enthusiastic volunteers who are 'at your face'. I entered the temple and before even I could see the god, I had two ppl walk right up to me and go on and on about how they were collecting donations for idols. I politely declined and said I will see them on my way out(which I did). They were visibly upset. While I was in line for darshan, there was this guy on mic who went on and on and on - " We are importing idols from India. It is very expensive. We cannot do it without your support. Please donate. This is OUR community. Stand up for your community". Boy was he relentless. Again, absolutely nothing wrong in getting donations all in the name of god. But there has to be a better way of going about doing it. Second visit was a little better with nobody walking right up to my face. However, it looks like there is a 'parking lot expansion' project and every wall and tv displayed only the donation details. Nothing spiritual, nothing about god etc. Only donation detail. There were even prizes kinda thing - xxx dollars you get your name printed on something etc (I can't recollect). Everyone has their heart at the right place. Probably they will streamline things. I will continue to visit this temple.

Arriving at this location, which is small because it is an old house, there was no one at the entrance to greet me. I waited for over 5 minutes to see anyone. When someone did come down to see what I wanted I was told that I should not be wearing shoes. (No problem. I get that.) I was then ushered outside. The devotee did not seem to want to talk to me at all. When I got outside, the devotee said "Bye" and shut the door behind me. I will go back and give this temple a second try. Hare Krsna!
