They have nice things but their a little high on something's plus they never want to give you…read moreanything for your clothes. They can also be rude at times some of them are helpful but some seem to present them self as better than others and aren't very friendly.

I brought some jeans last week, paid like 14.00 bucks for them. Wow good deal for NOTHING because…read moreonce I got home to wash them, because they smelled like goodwill's trash,I couldn't wash them because they left the big black security alarm tag on.So I went today to take them back or trade for a different pair or get them alarm tag off the used jeans, with receipt in hand, no lie the little girl tells me that she don't see the Plato closet tag which looks like a yard sale sticker tag that I couldn't trade or refund. I just said well there's nothing I can do with them and told the chick she could just have them with my receipt on top of them.........BUT I wish I would made her take their black alarm security tag things off that did NOT work because I didn't BEEP going in nor out! Then I would have took the black fake useless security tag that I paid 14 dollar for off the counter and STILL left the jeans and receipt! I wouldn't waste my time going to that smelly over packed rude environment! Goodwill hands down 100 times better and way better prices!

I've been in a lot of Ross stores, and used to say Ross was my favorite store, but over the years…read moreI've seen the Ross stores go downhill. But nothing could have prepared me for how terrible the Jackson, TN, store is. I've been there 3 times and will never go back. All three times here is what I observed: A mess! Clothes off the hangers in the floor, shoes off the shelves in the floor, socks and house shoes in the floor, the personal items area so mixed and unorganized it was difficult to just look around, much less find something specific. Household items department was worse. It looked like someone had stood at the end of the isle and threw things up in the air and if anything landed on shelves then it did, and when most didn't then it was fine with them. On top of this, the store is very dirty. The floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. And... they have a very small selection of items. I guess that is because they don't sell much, and I can see why with the condition of the store and the lack of customer service. Also, there were never many people there, including store employees. The employees who were there weren't about to offer any help, and when asked just pointed to a direction of where something would be "if they have it." And rude, I should definitely mention that they are rude!!!! I'm not kidding when I say that this is the worst store I've ever been in during my entire lifetime! I've never seen anything like it. I sincerely wish that Ross management would get this store cleaned up and in order because this is the closest Ross to me. I'd rather not drive to Nashville, but as of now, if I want to go to Ross I have to. BEWARE IF YOU INTEND TO SHOP THERE!!!

The workers followed me and my family and then I heard one say to the other that she was stealing…read moreand that was such an insult as I own my own business and I could have bought one of everything in the store on van drive ..I'm pretty sure I make what their salaries are in a week is the same as I Mae in a day . They clearly were judging off of looks because no one was looking suspicious. I also was still in work uniforms so clearly no one looked like a threat . With this world being as awful as it is . It's sad to say that you can not spend your hard earned money in peace . So SHAME ON YOU ROSS .. for less.. on Van Drive Jackson Tn
