After personally recommending him to friends, we now would NOT be able to recommend Lee / Pal4Paws at all. He left our home - which has always been left very clean for him- with vomit/urine on the toilet/ around the bathroom, along with many alcohol bottles. He left a cat toy out for our dog to chew - which ended up with an infection that needed antibiotics. He said that watering our few pots in July this year was "all part of the service" only to let them all die- this included huge pots that must have been barely watered for the two week break. Lee also overfed all of our animals (despite clear instructions written on his joining forms) and then repeatedly asked for more food whilst we were away (plenty had been left for the two weeks)... when we arrived home, our dog was so overfed that the vet put him on an immediate diet . I don't know what's changed with Lee but we cannot recommend him after the harm he has caused both to our animals and our home. No one would want to have to clean a bathroom so dirty that they were wretching when they arrived home from the airport. Heated 'rooms' and a wired 'run' where the cats are able to go for a walk now and again. A very safe environment for the cats. A lovely owner who is a real cat lover.
