I am writing to address a serious billing issue regarding her account. After being formally discharged from his care, I discovered that ten monthly payments continued to be deducted despite no services being rendered during that period. Because my wife was no longer an active patient and did not authorize ongoing charges after her discharge, these deductions were made in error.
