They take their time doing a precise job and honestly it's a very relaxing setting which makes the whole process better. Their prices are super reasonable and because they use IPL all the treatments are painless. I've been to other laser studios and they were terribly painful, but you don't feel much of anything with the ones Sedora uses. Before I started treatments I asked to do a spot test on my ankle to see if I had any reaction, which they were happy to accommodate (for free). Nothing bubbled up and I returned the next week go start treatments. They are also very accommodating with appointments, I've had a few last minute cancels (ie weather, etc) and they didn't mind moving me around last second. Check this place out, you will not be disappointed!

I've struggled with rolling and boxcar scars my whole life and finally decided to try lasers. After…read morea disappointing experience elsewhere, I came to Park Ave in Armonk and wish I had started here first. The entire experience is amazing, from Lena at the front desk to Nickola, whose empathy, expertise, and results-driven approach make me feel confident and cared for. Everything she's recommended has worked. If you're looking for real results and a team that truly cares, this is the place. Worth every penny. ** I also want to add that in many places, my concerns aren't really taken into consideration, things are often done without much regard for my input. A big difference with Nickola is that she truly listens. She takes what I say into account and applies it to every treatment. For example, when I mentioned an issue on my left side, she immediately addressed it. That level of attentiveness and mutual respect means a great deal to me.

I first tried Satori years ago (2017) when I attended a Yelp event, was gifted 6 free sessions, and…read moreultimately won a GC for future treatments. I was psyched to learn they offer YAG lasers, that work very well in pigmented skin. I happily began my treatments and shortly found out I was pregnant. I had to stop my treatments during pregnancy, after pregnancy (due to breastfeeding), and then COVID came through with a vengeance. During those years, I called up once or twice, inquiring about my account, trying to make sure it was still active and in good standing. I was always assured that everything was fine but I was still worried that too much time would pass, deeming my account inaccessible. Several years later, I was finally ready to restart my sessions but I was worried that I lost my GC balance and the balance from the complimentary sessions. I finally worked up the nerve to call and make an appointment. I initially started my sessions in the city, off of Lexington. It was very difficult for me to get down there and parking was horrible. I found out that they opened a location closer to my residence, so when I called to reinstate my treatments, I inquired about switch my base location. They normally don't do that, but the woman with whom I spoke, was kind enough to make an exception. I truly appreciated it. I started visiting the White Plains location and have been very happy. I usually work with either Pamela or Zelia, and they're both really exceptional. I've seen a huge difference from when I first started. I dont need to shave, even when some hairs sports up, as they are now much finer and less visible. Satori offers seasonal sales that are very reasonable. So far, I've completed underarms, lower legs, half arms, upper lip and bikini plus. I'm soooo happy with my results. Darkening of my bikini line and underarms have significantly lightened with the laser treatments, coupled with a better skincare maintenance (routine exfoliating, glycolic acid, ect). Be advised not to use tretinoin, have direct sunlight exposure, or exfoliate, too soon before or after your sessions. It's best to let your tech know what you're doing because it's not worth damaging your skin. They are very knowledgeable and will instruct you of what you should be doing, and when. My sessions are pretty spaced out, to about 2-3 months and I be able to drop down to twice a year visits very soon. Ditch your razor and get that laser! (motto copyrighted lol)

So far I've had Moxi laser treatments, Botox and lip filler, and I love the results. I've gotten so many compliments, but the best part is that everything still looks like me, just refreshed. One thing I really appreciate about Dr. Marcelin is that she meets you where you are. She'll work within your budget and your schedule instead of trying to sell you on a complicated routine or a bunch of products. When I told her I don't have a lot of time, she simplified my skincare routine so it's actually something I can stick with and She just understands and makes it so easy and that's refreshing! You can tell she really cares about her patients, and her whole team does too. I never feel rushed, and I always leave feeling like they genuinely want the best for me.
