They were so hands on without being pushy, even playing ball with the kids while we were browsing. They stayed late helping us put order together so much so Vincent might have even been a bit late for his anniversary dinner waiting on us, like WOW! Do you think you'd get that type of service at a box furniture store? They suggested having our sectional custom made to exactly the size, color and material we wanted. The price was very reasonable to me as well! I will give an update once we receive our order and enjoy sitting on it in the house. The sectional we purchased was hand made here in the US which is great to keep someone here in the UNITED STATES employed!!! They have promised delivery in less than 2 weeks, can you believe that? I can't cause my previous Ashley purchase took at least 4 weeks to be delivered and it was sent piece by piece. We also selected a large dining room set and will be heading back in a week or so for an additional bedroom set including a new mattress set and who knows what else... like that deep blue love seat that detaches that I kept staring at, all know is we'll be going back! That was well over a month ago, and now they say it won't be in until the end of the month at least. I've been trying to cancel my order for a couple weeks. First I get told that I have to speak to Nolan, then he tells me that I have to speak to a manager, but the manager is rarely in the building. Today I called to see if a manager was in the building and was told no. I asked if they knew when a manager would be in and was again told simply, "No." I explained my problem to whichever salesman I was speaking to, who told me that I need to speak to the "Customer Service Person" Aida who will be in tomorrow. I'll give them one last chance to make this right and if that doesn't happen I'll be speaking to my bank to get the amount I've put down on this theoretical dresser reversed. UPDATE: I spoke to Aida and she advised me to stop by the store today, 6/17, and I'd be be able to speak with her and the owner and proceed with the refund. I got to the store today, unfortunately without my copy of the receipt. Aida (not the store owner) advised me that without my copy of the receipt, the best they can do is store credit. This was never explained to me at any point during any conversation I had with any member of staff until today. What good will store credit do for a shop that's supposedly "going out of business" according to their signs? I'm now disputing the charges with my financial institutions. If this store is really going out of business, I can see why. If not, that's a really low marketing tactic and I cannot recommend strongly enough taking your money elsewhere.
