He touted the fact that he didn't believe in taking molds so I thought maybe he knew something I didn't. Anyway, It has been a horrible experience . It's constantly hurting and there's so much discharge from it that I have to constantly carry tissues with me and use products which don't always work. He told me to use coconut oil to lubricate it which of coarse didn't work. People have asked me what happened to my eye which they never did before. DO NOT go to this man!!!!!!!!

He made the whole process from insuring my McLaren to transferring all my insurance over to State Farm smooth as can be. I want to say James provides excellent service and definitely goes out of his way to ensure that customers are happy and satisfied. I will definitely remain a customer with State Farm due to James. ive been driving since i was 17 years old and i am now 37 which means ive been insured for 20…read moreyears. this is the worse company ive ever encountered. this company will lie and lie and leave you will the bill. i signed up with this company in october 2021 and i cant take anymore lies. james and his assistant monika should be put of of business. i have the emails as proof as toeverything im writing on this review. they failed to inform me that it was some paperwork that state farm required and i was on the hook to pay for the penlty. every month since october its been an issue. they clearly dont care and i had to go. my bill was on auto-pay, they went in my account and took a payment twice in one month. i call and email over and over again just to be lied to and told the issue is fixed and then the letter comes in the mail from statefarm with the truth and i am either being threaten that my policy would be cancelled after i was told by james or(and) his assistant that thing were corrected. i am also seeking legal action. ebony

Rick, Scott, and the team have been beyond helpful saving me money while providing me wonderful coverage . Buying my first home, they were incredibly patient explaining what I needed ,and got me set up in almost no time at all. They are exceptional to work with and I have no hesitation HIGHLY RECOMMENDING them .
