Was told by the front office girl that Pauline doesn't do blood work even though the website it tells you otherwise. Was about to leave (not before they charge me 65.00 for a so called missed appointment and Pauline came down and said yes she I do blood work. 1ST SIGN of communication problem. I knew insurance didn't cover There is no transparency on the hefty paperwork so i didn't sign it until i got the $ amounts from Pauline herself before I went upstairs with her. They submitted through insurance anyways and the Total came back $ 125.00 higher than i was told. . If you walk in without insurance at all it is cheaper...who knew?? The Test was a Joke!! She looked at me like a deer in headlights because it didn't make sense. i even asked her if this was in fact my test.?? It came back with 4 things that I MAY have a food sensitivity to not what you actually have a sensitivity to. Knowing the difference between May and ACTUALLY have would have been helpful if told in the beginning. It came back with Turmeric: never had in my life, Pears: haven't had one in 30 yrs. All 4 things had nothing to do with the issues i came in for. Pauline told me to eat 3-5 cups of veggies and to add more fiber..that is what the follow up visit was for $125.00. I eat simply and well balanced except for a few things so she has nothing else to tell me Really??? I heard that when i was in Elementary school! Accounting then emails me and say's give her a call to pay your bill. I said email me the invoice, as I am not paying anything until i see one. TWICE I had to because she didn't send it the 1st time. This is how you conduct business ? This place is a CIRCUS ACT where no one communicates with each other.
