Had Brian remove a big red oak from our yard. From the start tree removal initially went well however half way through it was delayed due to his climber cramping up. No big problem, things happen, I understand. Two days later they resume and complete taking the tree down. However, they didn't remove the two trunks until days later. Also, the lawn was unnecessarily damaged by his backhoe carrying branches unnecessarily over large stretches of my lawn instead of utilizing the driveway nearby. They also dropped many logs onto my lawn resulting in many holes or divets that needed to be repaired by me. However, the worst part was the stump removal, or I should say lack thereof. I've included photos of what Brian repeatedly said was a sufficient removal of the stump. You be the judge. I didn't see this initially because the whole area was covered in stump grindings and assumed the stump underneath was gone. Brian and his crew have been to my house and my neigbors house to remove trees at both houses at the same time before. So, I called him again and he returned my call the very same day and came by the next day to give me and a neighbor bids to take down trees on my peoperty and my neigbors at the same time. His bid was accepted and in a few scheduled days Brian and his crew showed up to take down four pine trees that were all about 80 feet tall. He covered my neigbors yard with 3/4 inch plywood to protect the yard and cut down his trees with little to no damage to the manicured yard. It took two and a half days to complete the job of cutting, clearing, raking, grading and other tasks need to return both yards to their original appearance, only better this time. Brian and his crew were very professional as they went about this very complicated job of avoiding fences, beautiful grass yard, street and power lines. But, most importantly Brian is as friendly as he is professional as is his crew. You can depend on Brian to give you and honest price and an honest day's work for your money. Brian showed up on time for a free quote, made me feel comfortable about the timeline, cost, process, etc. that I agreed to proceed right away. Brian is very kind, professional, honest, and extremely hard working. This was not a simple tree removal, it was highly complex and dangerous. They showed up same day, got setup, spent the next 2.5 days taking down a 75' pine that had grown awkwardly and had been recently damaged by the wind and needed to come down. He took down a half dozen smaller trees and came back a few days later to grind the stumps down. Along the way, he did exactly what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to. Brian came out immediately after I called and gave me a very reasonable quote on two large trees with multiple trunks. These trees were actually in danger of falling over my house and parking garage so that it took extra skilled care and knowledge to correctly fell them. He arrived for the work on time, was very courteous and communicative telling me his exact plan of action on each of the trees and started to work. His work was meticulously exact and the house and shed sustained zero damage in the fellings.
