Have been a customer there for years. I am always recommending him to anyone in need for glasses. Being there is always a great experience. Very friendly, experienced and funny. Always goes the extra mile for his customers. Never seen that level of support and care anywhere else. read more

Beutel Augenoptic is the best optical shop I have known! Mr. Beutel is a 'master' optician, who has over 30 years of experience. I always get my Progressives (PAL) lenses and Silhouette frames from him and his shop since 2007. Progressives are difficult to make with correct alignment to the eyes, especially with drill-mount Silhouette frames. I know this as I'm an Optometrist and I've often seen optical labs getting progressive lenses messed up due to poor measurement or poor lab fabrication, giving customers headaches or adjustment problems with vision. Throughout the last 10 years, Mr. Beutel and his staff have made 4 pairs of progressives for me and two additional pairs for my wife. We have been extremely happy with the excellent quality of all the lenses, correct alignment of the lenses and frame, and the detail care given to each of these pairs of progressive Silhouette glasses. Even though we now live far from the Beutel Augenoptik, we still make sure that we see him occasionally to get updated glasses as he is the best! I recommend Beutel Augenoptik 110%! read more

Just across the large parking space in the back is the hearing aid sectiion. Mr Hirt also offers a special service to children suffering from learning disabilities. Certain such disabilities can be caused by a particular form of poor vision and he tests for this and offers glasses together with proper eye training if the results were positive.

My husband & I have been customers by Mr. Beutel since many years. We are so fascinated not only by his positive charm,efficiency and modesty, but also the service is fantastic. He is always pleasant and knows his job to a "T". We had been to other opticians previously, but after meeting Mr Beutel, we are here to stay. I needed some new glasses and went to Mr. Beutel for his advice. He advised me to first consult an Eye Doctor as he noticed that I had a problem with my eyes. I was so glad for his advice as the Eye Doctor did discover a problem and I had to have an operation. Thanks so much Mr. Beutel you are a Wonderman. Now I still need glasses, but only for reading. My new glasses were ready for pickup almost imediately. He is also equipped with modern equipment by which he discovered I might have an eye problem. He has such a wide range of modern frames which made it diffcult to make a choice. I like bling bling frames and he very patiently helped me to find just what I was looking for. I highly recommend Beutel Optik you feel right at home! read more

Wir sind seit 2019 Kunde und wurden immer hervorragend bedient. Herr Beutel ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit und sucht sogar nach bestimmten Brillenmodellen, die er nicht hatte. Ich habe ein ernsthaftes Problem mit Hornhautverkrümmung und dies war der einzige Optiker in der Region, bei dem ich eine passende Brille für meinen Linsentyp finden konnte. Meine Frau ist auch sehr zufrieden mit ihrer Brille. Auch für Kinder kann ich es sehr empfehlen. Für unseren Sohn haben wir besonders langlebige und schöne Modelle gefunden. Es ist ohne Zweifel der beste Service in der Region. read more

Die hervorragende Beratung durch Herrn Beutel und das gesamte Team, die top Auswahl an Brillen und Kontaktlinsen sowie der super Service vor und nach dem Kauf machen Beutel zum besten Optiker weit und breit! Kürzlich ist mir im Ausland meine Brille (mit der ich sehr zufrieden war) kaputt gegangen. Für Herrn Beutel kein Problem - nach einem kurzen Email-Austausch war eine Ersatzbrille auf dem Weg zu mir. Prima Besitzer, auch Harald Schmidt von Eberstadt genant.Gute offene Beratung und sehr guter Service. Im Unterschied zu vielen anderen Optikern im Umkreis wird hier richtig vermessen und mit dem Kunden abgestimmt welche Vor- und Nachteile bestimmte Gläser und Korrekturen haben. Auswahl an Rahmen ist ok, Rahmen koennen auch problemlos zur Ansicht mitgenommen werden. read more
