The service was quick, the tables were kind of sticky so I didn't love that, and the food was fine. The burger was very saucy, I think the meat needed a little more flavor. The owner was super helpful with descriptions and I decided to go with the double smash burger. My partner got the roast beef dip sandwich and we shared a large order of fries. When I tell you the fries were perfect I am not exaggerating at all. The right amount of crisp on the outside mixed with the seasoning and salt made these a staple for every meal here. The burger was juicy, the toppings were fresh, and the vibes were killing it with the live music at the bar next door. Best night here for sure. Thank you Cart Blanche!

I had the Valentine's day special (red velvet waffle bowl, ice cream and nutella instead if their regular sauces). It was really different and good. In my pics it looks a bit worse for wear for the trip home, but it started out really pretty. Lol. I also got a plain waffle for my dog who enjoyed it (a little at a time) with meat baby food as "syrup" lol. Would have been nice ro have a whole waffle, see picture. The service was very friendly and she brought the food right out to the car (no roller skates though, bummer. LOL). I like that they are expanding their menu with more vegetarian options, and treats for dogs (it is right across the street from the dog park), and that they are very easy with substitutions. We will definitely be back. Note: 4/5 stars for variety of selections. They are still improving the menu so hope to make it 5 stars soon. I know food trucks have limited options, took that into consideration. Food quality is great though.

As my little one is an avid fan of good burgers, I knew it made more sense to order something here for him than attempt to feed him anything else. So I hopped on over, quickly glanced through their menu, ordered and joined the line of cars waiting. It took about 15 minutes, which isn't much of a wait considering all the other orders they were fulfilling at the same time. Heard my name, picked my order up, set it up for my little boy, and smiled as he sat there *quietly* devouring the burger and all the fries. Being the REALLY picky eater that he is, it only meant that the burger was prepared well. It was only when I tried to post a photo and review that I realized they didn't have a business page on Yelp. Some digging on the internet later, I found out they were a sister establishment to the local restaurant David's Breakfast and Steakhouse. Hopefully this review puts them on the map for folks like me visiting or passing through as I'm sure (based on the line with Oregon plates) that locals already know them well.

Our hotel did not have any food, and the nearby breakfast place had no gluten free choices. The Klamath grill only had a few tables occupied on this quiet Tuesday morning, and we were seated right away. No coffee because we were going to be on the road soon, we ordered our breakfasts immediately. I chose the frittata which had ground beef spinach onions and eggs with a little Parmesan cheese on top. I really like the way the meat was browned and seasoned before they put it into the frittata. It was an excellent dish. They were perfectly happy to substitute fruit for me, since I cannot eat the potato or bread sides. It was a huge and lovely fruit plate, much appreciated and no upcharge! Husband ordered the pancake breakfast with over easy eggs and bacon. Everything was perfect. We fully intended to stop back here for another breakfast in a month on our way back through town, but had cold cereal and hit the road instead. Great local place!

We were in the neighborhood and wanted to try a local (Hawaii) place to eat. This experience…read morereinforces my reasoning why I don't eat "local Hawaii" food outside of Hawaii. Food: We ordered two plates. One Korean chicken plate all rice. They gave us Mac salad. Simple mistake, not an issue, they fixed it. Second plate was the shoyu chicken plate. That was correct. What wasn't correct were the flavors. Local Hawaii Korean chicken doesn't taste like that. Was disappointed but the reviews here show people like it so to each their own. The shoyu chicken lacked flavor. Rice needed more water, was dry. Service: This is for the cashier who has "been working there for 18 years", his words. He was grouchy and very unfriendly. We mentioned we were from Hawaii and thought it'd make things less awkward but he seemed to be irritated with that info. We assumed he was in a grumpy mood and didn't wanna talk. But when he was very welcoming and friendly to other patrons as they walked in, I knew it was just us he didn't like. He also has a very uncomfortable staring problem that should be fixed. Ambience: Not much to comment on. It's your typical old school food place with some run down tables and chairs. Used a napkin to wipe the chair down. Overall, ambience wasn't as important as the quality of the food. We spent nearly $30. Unfortunately the food was not ono nor was it worth the price. The service from the cashier is what made us write this review. The owner should check up on his employees and the cooks too. Just to ensure quality food and service is up to par. Hope this helps other people.
