Little did I know that this place really doesn't have the equipment to provide the service requested. Instead he just used a phone and "tried" to program the keys. Knowing he didn't have the proper equipment to provide a programming service. But yet he had absolutely no problem charging me the full price. He knew it was beyond his capability. This person is about as professional as a rock! Looking for a locksmith? Don't call this place!
