You get a vibe/read on certain people and I just felt super comfortable with Tom and his son Tony. Tom spoke with the Building Dept to see if the issue closest to the basin was the result of the recent curb work to see if they'd pick up some of the cost. Unfortunately, he wasn't successful. Given that I know nothing about this stuff I was anxious and worried about what might go wrong but Tom and his crew covered everything imaginable and did a fantastic job. They: - Arrived on time with everything necessary to do the work. - Crew of 4 + excavator - Had the Gas and Water guys come out to mark the lines. - Replaced the entire drain line. - Made sure the gutter and sump pump connections we correctly positioned. - Kept everything tidy and cleaned up beautifully. - Tied in a connection they found near the basin from the driveway. - Cemented the surrounding area around the entry at the basin. - Replaced all the soil. They charged for a water jet but didn't clear the blockage and charged me twice for that. They even lied and said I had a collapsed pipe and wanted to charge me thousands to dig up my garage and replace a cast iron pipe with PVC, when there was nothing wrong with the pipe. Roto rooter came once, kept me up to date with everything they were doing, provided me footage of their camera inspection that was clear, and showed me proof that work done by Emergency Sewer and Drain wasn't done correctly or completely. I urge you to save your money, as these people will make up anything and do anything to take your money and then not communicate and totally ignore you after and not resolve any issues.
