Because Park County Wyoming is limited in contractors so they jacked up prices to make cash. Tech got my wife, who didn't know any better, to sign off on work that was way overpriced. $450 dollars for 20 minutes of work and 20 minutes of the tech trying to get us to spend more $$$$. Cleaning service we didn't need, replace brand new filters and on and on. I worked as an HVAC helper and helped with these issues and KNOW it's BS. They wanted $110 to clean the condenser, this can be done in 5 min with a leaf blower from inside out. $100+ for furnace maint? 5 min of vacuuming and 2 min to clean a flame sensor with a dollar bill. Replace air filters? Any hardware store has them, doesn't matter if it's by the furnace or in rooms. Takes minutes to complete. You can get more out of YouTube than what these people will make you pay. I'd give zero stars if I could. Don't let them cheat you for OVERPRICED parts and unnecessary services.

Office help said they had record of my call but not scheduled. She pushed all blame onto myself, basically telling me her system flawless. I tried over next 2 hrs of back and forth calls to at least set up for a week later. She made no effort to resolve issue or take any ownership for failure on their part. I based my initial scheduling with them on reviews of customers happy with their work. It is extremely important that customer service in scheduling is competently done. This my first ever review I've written. So unfortunately well earned for my negative experience. Admit fault, work on problem resolution. Plenty of opportunity was given to do these two things.

Taking a look at what was there and what needed done they said they would have to schedule the work as it was not a quick fix. After not hearing back from them for two weeks I called and was told that they would let me know next week when they would be by to work on it. I specifically asked to be put on the books as I understood that they would be busy. After two more weeks passed without word I called to follow up. I was told that they had their own things to work on. When I stated that I was told that I was on the books to do I was again told that they had their own things going on. I then stated that if they didn't want to do the job they should have just told me the reply I was given was that they just had too much of their own things going on.
