Brought a friend in for a haircut, drove from St.Charles to Cuba to pick her up, to Sullivan for several reason including a haircut. Having a Wonderful day! Until we arrived at Better Clips on Friday Feb 23 2024. Two young ladies working, each with a customer in their chair. One person waiting inline and my friend made it 2 waiting. Girls are gossiping loudly to each other, normal shop talk. Smaller shorter girl, was cutting hair, then playing on her phone, back to cutting hair, back to playing on her phone, I believe she might have been changing the overhead music. My feelings are, finish the haircut, there are others waiting, the music and phone aren't a priority. So I mentioned to my friend, that girls on her phone a lot. The other person waiting overheard my conversation and told the girl what I said. She proceeded to loudly reply she owns the business, I can call Corporate, all while trying to begin an argument. But She didn't receive it. Instead we left and found the absolute best place for a haircut with the best group of women and such a nice friendly atmosphere.
