We have since discovered that they have taken $5,500 of unauthorised payments from our credit card for services we never agreed to or requested. They are completely unethical. Do not pay for them using a credit card and deal with them at your own risk. BTW, their adwords campaign did NOT drive up business for us.

The first time when I was a customer of theirs and they made unauthorized and unwarranted amounts debits from my account, they debited my account and it went into debt and almost immediately after that the transaction repeated and put my account further into the red. And 5 months after I ceased my account with them they right now it is happening again. Once they have your visa or credit card number they have the ability to take money when they decide to and without notification, they are crooked and shady. As for their service of very poor quality and full of inexperience. I actually used free services and have had more return than using theirs. I will definitely contacting fraud as soon as possible.

I have decided to cancel my service and that was a while ago. To this day they have not processed my request. I have lodged a complaint to the TIO and recently to the ACCC. Avoid them at all cost.
