The Country Club restaurant has a dining room separated from the bar area by a low structure for nonmembers and members. The bar area has several tables that are specifically for only golf members and their guests. The patio area has a panoramic view of all three ninth holes from the Lake Course Pines and the Valley which is picturesque. . The menu has some creative selections of dishes that are plentiful and very good combined with superb service. My favorite is the 19th hole.

If you've driven from Babylon eastbound you've definitely past it. The food was delicious. It was much better than your standard country club fare. The event we were at had passed hors d'oeuvres which consisted of bacon wrapped scallops, beef Wellington, mini pigs in a blanket and more. Then we headed to the back room where a seafood station with the longest seafood bar I've ever seen was set up, as was a made to order pasta station. There was also a huge shrimp display and charcuterie tables to finish out the cocktail reception. For dinner we had a buffet with a roast beef and turkey carving station, eggplant parm, chicken Marsala, roasted potatoes, Caesar salad and rolls to finish out the meal. The service was impeccable. Bartenders were courteous and wait staff was on their game. They swooped in not a minute after finishing to pick up your plate and even got another beverage for you if you needed one. All in all a standout experience for a Long Island staple.

He tries to convince you that via face time, he can teach you but obviously from the conversation I heard with him and my sister as I was here for the weekend, he's a joke. He portrays as he's this golf god but its just an old man holding on to his prime and his tactics are old. its not covid anymore buddy, it's not back in the day- Go to a golf course and teach people in person. Second, the staff was INCREDIBLE. Janet, especially, was fantastic. The level of service and care they give each family is really impressive. My sister chose an outside caterer for the food so I cannot speak to their catering but if I had to guess it would be spectacular.
