In early 2020 I had a consultation with "endodontic specialist of La Crosse." They told me how much…read moreit would cost to have my work done. ($2000) Six months later I made the appointment and showed up for the work to be done on my teeth, and by then the price had risen to nearly $3000 That's almost 50% in a few months. I asked if they would honor the quote they had given me previously. Of course, they would not. So I politely, but firmly communicated my disappointment that they had raised the price so much in such a short amount of time. I was told to leave and don't come back, because I expressed my opinion on their priceing policies. Later, when I got home, I started thinking maybe the price increase was due to possible pandemic price gouging. Now, five years later, I've been referred to them again, and they still will not see me. So if you want to deal with some arrogant pricks, that feel they are above criticism, this is the place for you. This is what you get, when a business has a monopoly in an area. It's a small town.

I am familiar with chiropractic care but didn't know how to differentiate between right and wrong. I was suppose to have an initial appointment XRAY, which got pushed to the second appointment and then forgotten about. There was little time spent on the initial exam. The staff was very kind, which made me struggle questioning it all.

All I know is that I was afraid to go unless for an injury and then I would go a few times, heal a bit, and not go again until I was hurt. Well, I met Dr. Paul and that all changed. He made some great points about how I take great care of my teeth, why don't I take care of my spine? (he said a lot more than that but that really stuck with me) Hmm made me think a bit and then I signed up for regular adjustments with Dr. Paul. I only get one spine, might as well do everything that I can to keep it healthy. I have been a patient for about 5 months now and I can tell you that I feel absolutely great. I get my adjustments and do my exercises when I remember. I have recently started running again and doing strength training. I can tell you that my recovery from workouts is way better compared to before I went to the chiro. I have more energy. I am sleeping better. I no longer get tingling hands while sleeping. Not only will you reap the benefits now, you will reap them your entire life. I wish that I would have started sooner.
