Sadly, even with documentation, she wasn't willing to be a responsible business owner and follow through with her commitment to clean my Airbnb rental. She knew the horrible situation she put me in and still did not do the right ethical thing. Her statement was that her business had taken off and didn't need my business. I rarely write reviews but would hate for others to be put in this situtation. If you need your home cleaned at a specific time or date, do NOT use Beth service. I have an Airbnb rental in Venice and was looking for a service that would clean on week-end. I love my Royal Maid service but they don't clean on week-ends. I reached out to Beth on April 6 for a Saturday cleaning. On May 17 we confirmed a rate, cleaning date and time (June 26) and that she would complete the job. June 22, I confirmed again. We discussed the rate again and she didn't recall. She increased her rate and told me if I didn't pay the additional amount she wouldn't clean. She also needed me to Venmo her prior to cleaning, which I did. Either she lied about not receiving it or gave me the wrong account name. I paid on June 24 and said she wouldn't clean because she didn't see the funds. I had renters leaving and coming in two days. I was unable to find another service on such short notice. Thankfully my neighbor cleaned for me. If I didn't have someone, I would have had a dirty house with dirty towels and linens for a new renter. read more

We called when our usual cleaning lady was unavailable. We scheduled Beth for Friday at 2:00. She arrived at 2:30 only to tell us she would have to come back tomorrow at 10:00. She arrived at 10:15 with her very hung-over brother in tow. She was at the house until 1:30, yet charged for 4 hours. I would have to say she did a little in most rooms but never completed any one room. We will still have to mop all the floors as she only did a little around the edges. We did not ask for windows or anything extraordinary to be done except change the air intake filters (2). She changed one. This may sound petty but when you are handicapped it is a big deal! Our regular cleaning lady was here 1.5 hours once a month. My wife and I are still trying to figure out what she did other than chase after her brother. I guess the final straw that prompted me to write this was when I got up at 5:00am today and found my back door unlocked and open. This is not a door we use often so I would not expect it to be unlocked, let alone unlatched. I hate writing a bad review but if I knew then what I know now... so now you know! read more

I hired this company for a one time cleaning, but will be using them again. I needed a cleaning unexpectedly, and Beth got right back to me quickly and worked me in that very day! This is excellent service for a company, and they did a great job with the cleaning, were careful not to break anything, and did the job quickly. . read more
