Ty (the owner…read morehimself) came immediately and gave us the absolute best price and we did 4 quotes from all the major hvac companies in the area and he beat them all.. but it's not just price.. he showed up the next morning at 8:00 am with his crew and took care of everything in one single day. He also came back the following week to check on us to make sure that his work is standing up. This company, crew and owner are all about hands on quality work. Don't go with the major guys when it comes to getting work done on your house. Those companies are never hands on and the owner is in an office somewhere having people do phone calls.. no, you need the best when it comes to your house especially the air you and you're family are breathing in your home. I cannot recommend Young's air enough and i am a 14 year licensed contractor myself. So I'm a very, very tough judge on workmanship, fair pricing and passionate craftsman. I will be recommending this company indefinitely! Thank you!!!

When they came out they broke the spout for the tub and had to replace that. Then they broke the tube drain. They told us that they were going to send us a plumber to fix It. We told them we were not going to pay them until they fixed the drain. They gave us a sob story that they needed the money to pay their bills and put food on the table for their kids. So we were nice enough to pay them since they promised they would come back on Tue July 1 2025. They didn't show up, so we texted them and they said they got their money and they are not coming back and said that they did not break anything. They also tried to bill us for hours they did not work. When my husband called Loretta to ask why they were not coming, she told him that she had reported us (to who?) saying not to do business with us. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH Shaun or Loretta.

Incredible craftsmanship and flawless communication!…read more I recently bought a new home in Port Charlotte, FL, and met Kevin, the owner of The Coast Painting and Pressure Washing, by complete happenstance. I truly believe everything happens for a reason, and I could not be more grateful. Kevin and his crew painted our entire interior--ceilings, trim, and walls--and the attention to detail is second to none. Even though Kevin is only 19 years old, he has actually been painting since the age of 14, when he started working for his father who owns his own painting business. He isn't just talented; he is highly experienced and has clearly learned from the best. I regularly work with contractors and people in the trades on renovations back in Ohio, so I know firsthand how incredibly difficult it is to find reliable, high-quality help anywhere. Kevin is wise beyond his years, exceptionally respectful, and incredibly easy to get along with. We regularly spoke about "the best ability is availability", and that's Kevin. If he isn't able to do the job, he will let you know. In an industry where many people simply won't show up for a promised job, Kevin's communication is flawless--if he was running behind or had another obligation, he called immediately to keep me updated. He worked late without a single complaint to make sure the job was finished perfectly. If you need work done, give Kevin a shot on your next project. You will not be disappointed! I don't do many reviews, but being a 51 year old man who does renovations for a living and being constantly disappointed in finding help, I feel compelled to leave one for this young man. Especially because he is in a generation that many older folks believe don't know what the meaning of work is. Well you have found your man.
