I saw Alex's signs a lot and recently a house sold on my street for above the listing price. When I called Alex for consultation I knew I had found my guy! He was patient, thorough and very informative. He and his team immediately went to work. My house was in really good shape as it was, but WOW - when his team got hold of it, it absolutely sparkled! His entire team, the stagers, the handymen, the cleaners and all the co-workers in the office worked so hard for me. Everyone was just amazing. My house sold very quickly and for a little over 115K over the asking price. When problems arose with the buyers during escrow, Alex with there every step of the way, always available to talk and text to calm, reassure me and ultimately solve every problem. His final text to me: "Please let me handle all the small stuff". I would like give a shout out to each and every individual name that was there for me, but I know I'm not going to remember all of them: Denisse, Fatimah, Jaqueline, Joseph, Mark and I know there's more. Thank you so much!

Although the same great comments had been repeated so many times by so many of their clients, I still want to add mine to show our gratification and appreciation. Juhee & Justine recently helped us sold our Fullerton house. When Juhee and her assistant Hannah came to our house the first time, they explained everything about selling a house in Fullerton except pushing us to sign a contract with them. Unlike many other agents who brings a prepared contract to the first meeting, Juhee didn't bring one. She spent all the time explain the market and the process. Seeing a very knowledgeable Realtor teaming up with her son plus a young energetic assistant Hannah, we were confident that this team would do a good job (actually, they have done a Great job!)! After we choose them to represent us, the process started quickly and smoothly! The stager came to make our house more attractive to the young families; the photographer made a very professional online album to show the size and beauty of our home. We had one open house and received multiple offers within three days. Each member of this team had their own designated responsibilities and they work together to make this process seamlessly. From the date we signed contract with them to the date we moved out of our sold home, it took only two months! During this time, our only responsibility was to keep the house clean. They took care of everything else! In additional to their solid knowledge, decades of experience and high efficient working style, communication is another key area which I highly appraise them! We never hesitate to ask them anything. They always have the answer and replied us in timely manner. I cannot say enough how professional they are! We highly recommend this team to anyone who are planning to sell and buy a home. You won't regret your choice.

While my parents introduced me to a family friend who was a real estate agent, I had no idea how to go about finding a loan officer! After digging through Yelp/Google, I stumbled upon Meridox Mortgage that had stellar reviews and took a chance. I called Meridox and was put in touch with Trung Tran. I let him know that I didn't have any knowledge of how the house-buying process works, but he was incredibly supportive and assured me he would walk me through every step. Shortly after we finished talking on the phone, he sent me a list of items to provide for the pre-approval letter. Trung's turnaround was quick. I sent him my information in the evening and got the letter the next morning. My real estate agent used this letter to draft the offer...it was accepted! After my offer was accepted, the rest of the process was somewhat nebulous, but my real estate agent worked closely with Trung to help me through. Trung was with me every step of the way. He patiently explained how my monthly mortgage payment and closing costs were calculated and even helped me negotiate a home insurance offer. He even kept a close eye on the market and advised me when I should lock in the rate. I thought home buying would be more stressful, but it wasn't as bad as I thought because Trung made every step clear and was very on top of deadlines. From pre-approval to loan closing, it took just one month! Thank you Trung for being so diligent and patient in helping me secure my dream home! Trung was also very proactive in reaching out to me a few months later when interest rates dropped by about 1%. I had the honor of working with Trung again for my refinance, and it was also efficient and painless! I recommended Trung to my coworker recently when she was looking to buy a condo. Highly recommended to anyone who is in a market for a house to look into Meridox!! Thanks again for your hard work, Trung!!!

A little background: I did 2 house purchases, and 1 house sale by myself without a realtor before engaging Meridox. I didn't need handholding, because I was not a first-time buyer. I wanted an advisor who can give me an honest opinion as to pricing, knows the neighborhoods, and can negotiate with the seller's agent. Linh was so on top of things. She understood that I was busy and scheduled multiple showings for me on weekends. She mapped out our route, so we can be efficient with time. She never asked me to consider any property that was outside my price range or not what I was looking for. I was able to knock out many home viewings with her, and we put in a couple of offers. I saw a house that fell out of escrow. I messaged her, and she was immediately on it. She showed me the house, called the seller's agent, and basically convinced the seller to take my offer that was a tad below listing that either that same day or the next. (OC is a hot market, so this was an incredible deal! My other offers all sold above listing.) She was incredibly responsive, super sharp, and very easy to work with. I used Meridox as my mortgage broker as well and used them again to refinance a year later. Very seamless and easy transaction. Forget all the agents who claim to "treat you like family." My jaw is still on the floor. We moved out on a Monday, came back for the last few items Wednesday. Repairs and cleaning were finished within 2 weeks, and the house was staged and listed with gorgeous photos and video. We were in escrow for $35k over asking price one week after hitting the market.
