Great small salon located on Bridge Street in North Weymouth. Very clean and very attentive to help you with your nail color choices. Considering some of the many other nail salons in the area I'm more than happy to return to Beta. Tina ( Tuyet) was very helpful and courteous during my mani/pedi! I started going here because they were open Sundays. I keep going because it is much nicer than many of the surrounding nail salons, seems cleaner and a touch classier without the tacky decorations that some others have. I decided to venture out and find a new place to get my nails and eyebrows did. I came across this place and here is my review. Pros: Very Clean Spa-like ambiance very friendly staff, most of who speak English very well They do not rush you out the door, they really take their time to make sure everything is done nicely. Cons: After my eyebrows were done she ask if I saw stray hairs, and I pointed them out to her but she still didn't get them. My nail polish only lasted about a day with out chipping away :( They are slightly more expensive than my regular place in Quincy, but I think they are worth it because of the attentive service and cleanliness. read more

New review: OUCH! Probably the last brow/lip wax I'll ever get. Got burns all over and look like a burn victim. I'm in so much pain ... don't know if it's cuz my skin is sensitive, or cuz it was late in the day, or maybe the girl didn't know what she was doing... never again. Tweezers from now on. Old review: Made two side by side pedi appts and they took what seemed like several walk ins before us. We had to wait for a bit in the pedi chairs, then my friend got her pedi while I just sat there. Then they did mine after hers was already done. A bit of a disappointment. They also don't accept tips on credits cards. Pedis came out very nice, was just disappointed that my appt meant nothing. Also there was a strong smell of polish inside, and no water bubblers/bottles in sight. read more

This is one of those reviews based on averages... I have had many 5 star experiences at Indulgent which is why I always return. However, I have recently had a few 2 star experiences that, while irritating, will not prevent me from returning. Most of the nail techs are thorough, do a great job and take their time to pamper you. However, the last few times I have come (once with an appointment and another as a walk-in) I was completely rushed and my nails looked like crap with polish on my cuticles. I understand they want to try to accommodate as many customers as possible, but to do so at the expense of a client in the chair, is not good business. read more

Great place for a pedi/mani! Amy is the owner and is sweet as pie along with the rest of her staff. She knows how to run an amazing business and all of her workers are on point. They go above and beyond. When you have a pedicure done, the chairs are secluded and you feel like you are in a private section (spa) which is so nice and relaxing and you don't feel obligated to talk to the stranger next to you. The chairs are huge recliners that have built in massaging and heating. When you get a pedicure they actually take their time, you do not feel rushed and they do a great leg massage along with hot stones afterward, VERY RELAXING! If you like more of a deep tissue massage on your legs, ask for Wendy she is so strong! I recommend this place to everyone who enjoys a good quality mani/pedi and wants to relax, it is very tranquil place. read more

I really like this nail salon. There are a ton up and down 3A in Weymouth, but this is my favorite. They do a nice job and I don't feel rushed, even when they're very busy. I like my nails very short and they actually cut them short enough and don't pester me to get gels all the time, which I'm not interested in. Always an excellent mani/pedi that lasts for WEEKS. Great polish selection with fresh, up to date colors. Always the latest collections including gel and shatter (the week I read an ad about shatter polish in People mag, she had it!) Have also used their waxing services which were similarly excellent. The aesthetician listened to what I wanted and my brows looked great. Clean, relaxing spa...devoid of loud TV's, the strong stench of acetone or awful music. Decorated in soothing colors & imagery . Amy is wonderful, always friendly and very accommodating if you have a tight schedule or need to get in at the last minute. I would highly recommend for yourself or for a gift certificate. read more

I ended up here for a pedicure on a Sunday during a long weekend. No other nail salons were open, I called them close to the end of their business day and they offered to stay open for me. The prices are very reasonable, the hot stones are lovely, good selection of polish and magazines. I would do away with their up-selling (asking more than once if I'd like to have my eyebrows done- no thank you). HOWEVER- the BEST thing and what surprised me the most was from my visit this past week. It had been snowing and some snow had accumulated on my car. One of the staff members offered to warm up my car and clean the snow off while I sat under the dryer. No joke. This place is amazing. read more

Amy is a phenomenal professional with close attention to detail for even the most particular customers. I have been coming here for years and love it here! I used to come in with a friend of mine and just have anyone available at the time work on my nails. They were all great, but then one day I was given Jenny as my tech and since then I will always make my appointments with her! She is very meticulous and always super super nice. My Wife went for a gell refill on Saturday afternoon. on Saturday night a nail broke. Went back Monday to get it fixed. Everything seemed ok until Tuesday when another nail breaks. Called to explain that what they did was done incorrectly and they tell my wife that she would have to pay again to get them redone. This is ridiculous! She has numerous gell manicures and her nails would last 2-3 weeks. This place can't even get your nails to last longer than 1 day. read more

I happened to check this place out because it's very close by to my home and a friend recommended it. The thing I love the most is how clean it is. I'm tired of going into nail shop and noticing the dirt and grime once I've been seated. The ambiance is very nice and calming. The staff is super friendly (and most speak English very well) but also don't mind if you just feel like sitting quietly with a magazine. So let me start off by saying the first time I came here I had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and took their time with my gel manicure and it came out really well. It lasted for the full 2 weeks like it's supposed to. Now, the second time I came here was a totally different experience. Once again, I came in for a gel manicure expecting it to be a similar experience as the last time. It was on a Saturday and I didn't have an appointment but they were able to take me within a few minutes (they were still incredibly busy). I have had a countless number of gel manicures at many different salons and have never had one in under 30 minutes. Let me tell you, the woman did my gel manicure in TWELVE MINUTES. I was absolutely shocked. I was looking forward to sitting down and relaxing for a half hour but instead my technician rushed me out. Now, this would be totally fine and I would have gotten over it if the tech had done a good job. But my manicure chipped in 5 days!! And it wasn't just one nail, it was a bunch. So I figured the following weekend (one week post gel manicure) I would go back and ask if they could touch up the nails that chipped.... Well, when I walked in on a slow Sunday late afternoon, they were not having it. The nail tech said nothing to me but just stared down at my nails inspecting them as if this is rocket science or something. The woman who actually did my nails was there and had nothing but an attitude. Wouldn't even look me in the eye. They said they simply could not fix it and it was "my nails" that caused them to chip. Let me tell you I have had a million manicures and I have legitimately had regular polish manicures that lasted longer than this. I tried to be nice and keep my cool as they continued staring at my nails. Finally, a nice tech at the salon told me she would re-do the nails that chipped if I was able to find my exact color. Not surprisingly, I was able to find my color and the woman spent a good deal of time retouching my nails (this my have been a longer appointment than having all 10 fingers done). I left happy with the results, but a few days later the nails started chipping again! So three days after the touch up i ended up peeling all 10 fingers off because I couldn't stand to look at it. read more
