Please think twice before purchasing a Bestway hot tub. Their customer service sucks in plain english. Their web page is just as bad as their service which is none.....they list a phone number for customer service. Don't even bother with it, using it-- iit's like a dog chasing his own tail an getting nowhere. Have had a problem with the unit from day one that being the 3rd of this month, as of today 9/11 still no response from the company. Take your money and buy a different company's brand of hot tub with a known good working customer service phone number should you run into a problem. When all is said and done, Bestway sells a very poor product, with no customer service backup. read more
