Elders and his son Robert showed up the very same day we called them. It was a prolonged heatwave and we had unsuccessfully been trying to get our air conditioning fixed through our home warranty company all week. Literally at our wits end when they arrived late afternoon. They immediately diagnosed the problem, were amazingly professional and within 2 hours we had a cool house.
