I didn't mind waiting for service. The clerks were kind, attentive and knowledgeable. I only wish I had had more time to spend. I highly recommend this shop for fiber, and fabric crafters.

I'm way too hard on equipment for wooden needles. Breaky breaky. They have a great range of prices and yarn weights. No ultra-cheep plasticky garbage yarn, no tasteless gnarly novelty yarn (only cool, intriguing novelty yarn in appropriately curated quantities). Also, the people who work there are extremely helpful and friendly.

Definitely spent more than I planned to but extremely happy with my haul! They all spoke fluent English.

Cheese-shop sketch from Monty-Python comes to mind. No 'quick-stitch' iron-on tape. No fibre-reactive dyes go to DM for these, not Karstadt as recommended. Language: At least one berater speaks very good english. The rest speak only german. If patient, help is in english. When missing parts from an existing machine, and not knowing some of the technical words for the sewing-machine parts in german, they were helpful to identify them with me so we could get the correct parts fitted.
