The nuggets were handmade and amazingly good quality. The burrito was also good, but could use a little bit more fillings--like rice, beans, greens, etc. to even out the portions. Mostly though, the flavors were really good and there were some great options on the menu. The bar tender was able to speak English and forgave me for my awful French skills.

Nyon itself is a beautiful town and we had a lovely stay at Hotel Nyon. However, and this is not…read morenecessarily Hotel Nyon's fault, I found it to be very expensive. If memory serves, it cost around £250 a night. As someone whose predominant currency is sterling, this is not easy to swallow. Saying that, the hotel was very clean, with very friendly staff and the location is fabulous. The breakfast was average on any spend, however. In all, If I could offer three and a half stars, I would.

After four long years of renovation, Hotel Ambassador is finally reopened for business! We have…read morestayed at this hotel for at least the last 16 years on our business trips to Nyon. We are lucky to be part of the first group of returning guests shortly after it reopened. The hotel is new from the ground up, with all the modern amenities. We love the rooms with the view of the lake. The staff is always super nice and accommodating. The restaurant in the hotel is also finally open and we can't wait to try it out on our next visit.
